Living On Living Well: A Day Retreat for Cancer Survivors

This day-long retreat will offer informational sessions by UCSF and community health experts on how to navigate the period after active treatment into a post treatment phase of physical and emotional recovery. The day will also include an exercise session, mindfulness activities, and a cooking session where a prepared lunch will be demonstrated for all to enjoy. There will be ample time for questions and discussion. Please dress comfortably in clothes that allow for movement and temperature changes for the exercise or yoga session.
